Also known as En Sabah Nur, the ancient being is – at least in the movies – the inspiration behind stories like the four horsemen of the Apocalypse.

On the one hand, I’m pretty excited for Apocalypse, so any clip I can treat my eyes to is a treasure. On the other, I’m gonna have to be careful not to spoil my appetite too much. The struggle is real.
Directed by Bryan Singer and starring James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Oscar Isaac, Jennifer Lawrence, Olivia Munn, Tye Sheridan, Alexandra Shipp, Sophie Turner, Rose Byrne, Nicholas Hoult, and Hugh Jackman, X-Men: Apocalypse will now be released in UK cinemas on May 18, 2016 before making its way to US theatres on May 27, 2016.
