While we’ll be getting our first look at Doctor Strange later on this week (opens in new tab), Captain America: Civil War (opens in new tab) is less than a month away from its cinematic release. That means there will be an abundance of new footage dropping online for the next few weeks, and Captain America himself Chris Evans brought along the first clip from Civil War to the 2016 MTV Movie Awards. Check it out below…
Thanks, @ChrisEvans for debuting this EXCLUSIVE clip from #CaptainAmericaCivilWar at the #MovieAwards! https://t.co/pMOcII0hl6April 11, 2016

The clip – which sees Captain America, Scarlet Witch, and Falcon working together to take out armour-clad thugs – gives us a great semblance of how well-oiled the new group of Avengers have become since the end of Age of Ultron. The action itself is pretty great, with each character getting to showcase their skill set in really cool ways.
In other words, it’s yet another indicator that Captain America: Civil War might be worth your time at the cinema, but you already knew that…
Directed by Joe Russo and Anthony Russo, and starring Chris Evans, Robert Downey, Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Chadwick Boseman, Tom Holland, Anthony Mackie, and Sebastian Stan, Captain America: Civil War opens in UK cinemas on April 29, 2016 and May 6, 2016 in the US.
