I’d just got used to the fact that Batman Arkham Knight (opens in new tab) is going to be a few weeks late (opens in new tab). I’d even made plans for early June. Those plans didn’t involve trying to sell my PS4. But now… Announced today on the UK and US PlayStation Blog (opens in new tab) is the release of a limited edition celebratory Steel Grey Arkham Knight PS4 and it’s a thing of brooding beauty.

With matching DualShock 4 and a custom Arkham Knight design, the console will be available in a bundle alongside a copy of the game and PS4 exclusive Scarecrow Nightmare DLC. This DLC sees Gotham plunged into darkness due to a solar eclipse and the world’s greatest detective taking on a 100ft version of the Scarecrow.

If you were waiting for the right time to buy a PS4 then June the 23rd looks like a date to put in the calendar (man).
