Gotham and Zero Hour in the running for series commissions for the 2012/2013 season
Yep, it’s that time of the year when we start to get an inkling of what the US TV landscape may look like by the end of the 2012, as the pilots get the green light. ABC has ordered four new shows, one of which is definitely SFX , and one other of which may be, according to what we can glean from Deadline .
Gotham comes from Kings creator and The River showrunner Michael Green. It features a female cop who, after pursuing a seemingly unsolvable case, discovers a magical world that exists within New York City.
Zero Hour involves on a man who, in a bizarre twist of fate, is pulled into one of the most compelling conspiracies in human history after spending 20 years as the editor of a sceptics magazine. The driving force behind this one is Prison Break creator Paul Scheuring.
ABC has already announced that it also has a Beauty And The Beast project in development (not to be confused with the other Beauty And The Beast in development at the CW).
